Made to order

EKEN products are made after you place your order. Delivery time includes both production and shipping. Timing varies by product, destination and current demand. Any delivery estimate provided is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Shipping costs and destinations

Available shipping destinations, methods and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Please check these details before placing your order.

Tracking and separate packages

When tracking is available, we will share it using the contact details on your order. Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages, with different tracking details and delivery dates.

Delivery address and order changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error or need to request a change or cancellation, email eken68@yahoo.com immediately with your order number. We will check what is still possible; changes or cancellations may not be possible after production or shipping begins, except where required by law.

If a package is returned because an incorrect address was supplied or it was not collected, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you to discuss the available options and any charges before arranging reshipment.

International orders

Customs processing can affect delivery times. Import duties, taxes or handling charges may apply depending on your destination. Any amounts collected at checkout will be shown there; additional charges may be collected by local authorities or the carrier.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

Contact eken68@yahoo.com with your order number if an order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect. Please report a potentially lost shipment within 30 days of its estimated delivery date, or a damaged or incorrect item within 30 days of delivery, so we can investigate promptly. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details. These reporting requests do not restrict any mandatory consumer rights.
